Very warm welcome and helpful reception. Lovely room, just as pictured. Breakfast delivered to our room every morning. Great location, close to shops and supermarkets. Friendly and accommodating staff. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Conveniently located travel agency. Allowed us to store our bags.

The hotel was very clean, had great facilities, and was located very close to the city center. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Clean, helpful staff, and close to the city center. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, even at unusual times. The location of the hotel was convenient, offering easy access to local shops and supermarkets.
Difficult to find and exterior noise. The hotel was difficult to locate due to poor signage.

Spent my xmas break in a hotel and enjoyed every bit of the experience. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage without any extra fee. the location was great - just a short walk to the city centre and hot water was always available. the rooms were spacious and the king-size beds were comfortable.
The room was in a noisy area, which disturbed our rest. the search to locate the place was slightly difficult, but we did eventually find it.
